Purpose of Job: |
Servicing and maintaining existing clients, identifying prospective clients and from time to time marketing related actions to existing and prospective clients. |
WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Client Interaction – 60%
- Administration – 20%
- Call Centre Specifics – 5%
- Role Model for company’s vision and values – 15%
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Excellent people skills
- Minimum 12 months experience in short term insurance
- Good Communicator
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
- Comply with FAIS qualification standards of min 30 credits
