Purpose of Job: |
Sell short-term insurance policies to niche markets within the strategy of the company. |
Will be responsible for:
Sales (70%)
- Closing sales
- Prospecting
- Cross selling
Marketing actions (10%)
- Assist when required
- Promote company
- Outbound prospect follow-up
Administration (10%)
- Policy administration
- Workflow administration
Ad hoc tasks (5%)
- Perform as service consultants
- Client Service according to company standards
- Attend functions when required
Role model for company (5%)
- Knowledgeable on Company mission, vision and values.
- Improve client relations
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
- Excellent people skills
- Minimum 6 months experience in short term insurance
- Comply with FAIS qualification standards of min 30 credits
- Good communicator
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
- Persuasive
