"The words humble and proud are seldom mentioned in the same breath. But I have no other way to describe how I feel about IntegriSure's growth and position in the insurance industry."

So says Helen Szemerei, CEO of IntegriSure.

According to Helen, IntegriSure is one of only a few role players in the industry who managed to grow substantially, despite international stumbling blocks and the slump in the vehicle market.

IntegriSure's growth resulted in a larger pool of responsible clients, commensurate with its benefits. Obviously this means increased prosperity for IntegriSure, which ensures stability and stable tariffs to clients, whilst proving to the industry the value of an intermediary with integrity.

IntegriSure owes its growth to the strong emphasis on service and adding value to clients, and not to "spending millions on advertising with no added value."

Helen says it is wonderful that the regulating of the insurance industry corresponds so closely with IntegriSure's strict policy over the years. "Because our emphasis is so strongly on benefits for clients, it automatically places IntegriSure as the market leader at various levels."

"Our model for the future will always be to cherish and protect our existing clients. Growth may never occur at the expense of those people who have been supporting us through the years."

IntegriSure will proceed with client orientated capital developments. Everything is aimed at the responsible management of portfolios and cutting costs, while at the same time improving the level of service delivery to clients.

During the past year IntegriSure's growth even necessitated an expansion of its board of directors, thus creating an environment of experts with the same ethics and value system. She also points out the influential role of IntegriSure's Executive Chairman, Arnold van der Linde, in the short-term insurance industry.

His commitments were rescheduled during the past year, enabling him to offer stronger support on a wide front and add value to the industry.

Helen believes IntegriSure's leading role in state-of-the-art ways of communication will considerably benefit its clients. Communication through social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, as well as IntegriSure's technologically advanced E-centre, will open new worlds to clients who prefer to communicate in this way.

Finally, Helen is adamant that IntegriSure's steady growth is directly related to the quality of its clients. IntegriSure applies strong selection criteria, ensuring that only responsible clients become members of the 'family'. "This is how we protect our clients and ourselves, and our growth is sufficient proof that it is met with approval by the responsible market."
