Integrisure Towing and Roadside Assistance Service
Toll free access 24 hours, 7 day’s per week , 365 day’s per year
This service is offered to all existing IntegriSure clients with some assistance benefits being:
- Mechanical and Electrical Breakdown
– Benefit: Emergency Roadside repairs or Tow-in
- Flat Tyres
– Benefit: Cost of tyre change
- Flat Battery
– Benefit: Cost of Battery change
- Vehicle running out of fuel
– Benefit: 10 litres of fuel supplied
- Keys locked inside vehicle
– Benefit: Locksmith’s call-out fee and first hour’s labour
- In the event of a Mechanical and electrical breakdown which occurs more than 100km from the policyholder’s place of residence
– Benefit: One night’s accommodations to the maximum value of R500 or rental of a class B vehicle for one day subject to a 200 km limit
Exclusions
- Commercial Vehicles.
- Cost of repair or parts, or replacements such as battery, tyre/s, locks and keys.
- Cost of accident/collision tow-in’s.
- Cost of repairs of locks and/or ignitions as a result of attempted theft.
- Cost of Locksmith in the event of keys lost and not locked inside.
- Cost of assistance not arranged by call centre operator.
