The Motor Vehicle Warranty comes into effect upon expiry of the existing warranty cover, witch assure you of financial protection in terms of this cover should your vehicle breakdown as a result of mechanical or electrical failure
Benefit Categories
The age of and distance covered by your vehicle will determine the category under which your cover commences
- Benefit A: Vehicles of current model year and four prior years, with less than
120 000 km at date of cover commence
- Benefit B: Vehicles of current model year and seven prior years, with less than
160 000 km at date of cover commence
- Benefit C: Vehicles older than eight years and that have travelled in excess of
160 000 km at date of warranty inception
Duration
Cover commences upon expiry of the current warranty cover and continues on a Monthly basis until the policy is cancelled by the Insured or when the vehicle reaches the age of ten years from date of first registration or the vehicle’s odometer reaches 220 000 km
